So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Alright, I have a show at school in November and I'll be doing solo acoustic. I have it narrowed down to five songs that I can pick 1 from. I'm not sure which one to choose though, because my school isn't filled with Dave fans. But, they're not the ones judging either. There will be two judges coming to judge the competiton. If I did You Never Know, it would be in standard tuning with no capo. It sounds really good that way.
My guitars:
Taylor 714
Taylor 614ce
Martin Sigma DR-41
Epiphone Chet Atkins SST (Ebony)
Danelectro 56-U2 reissue
Fender American Deluxe Strat
Fender Aerodyne Telecaster
BC Rich Eagle Custom

I think it's hard to pick one for you never having heard you play any of them. However, if it was me, I probably would go with Warehouse.
Either way, good luck man and have fun

I would play Warehouse with a shortened version of the passion intro, enough to impress them but not as long as dave usually plays it.
If you really nail it you'll leave people speechless.

So Damn Lucky would probably be the easiest to pull off well for a talent show.

Either Warehouse or Two Step. I'd go with Warehouse though, if you can nail the guitar parts, and like another poster said: go with the passion intro.
