naw man, they said on the video that it was 300 a night. the entire dave and friends cruise is anywhere fromm 1500-3000 for the whole cruise, not per night. and plus you're also getting multiple concerts and a show by dave

Well when you think about it, they have to pay all those bands that are performing, and all the setup and things that has to be done to make a concert on an island happen...so Higher prices for rooms is not suprising.

I wasn't serious about the price gouging. How much did the rooms go for per person?

Isn't there 3 person rooms? And each person is charged 1,000 to 2,000?

That's pretty damn steep IMO.

seems to me like royal caribbean was the evil party in all this. they obviously knew what they had booked and chose not to care and screw these people out of their wedding. i don't think dave or friends have anything to do with this. but he's famous so it makes the story more sensational.

We dont know all of the story. Maybe Dave does know? Maybe not?

I'm not going to defend Dave or RCC. It's pretty fucked up they would just drop them like that.

anyway you look at it, dave had nothing to do with it personally. sure, he probably approved the idea but past that he's not the one making all the arrangements. if the management for d&f (all the bands) had knowledge of a wedding being bumped to accomadate them, then they too are evil.

also they made that post based completely around them, adding in things like, "there dream wedding for 2 years" and "o it was so perfect until we got bumped by the evil dave and friends"

They should have compensated them is my point. You and I will never know the truth behind this, so I'm not going to speculate on who knew what. But, it's likely thats there will be somebody who posts in this thread who is SURE of all the facts.

The fact is, nobody knows all the facts unless we get Dave up & get RCC in a room together. And at that point IM sure they would lie/fabricate/blame each other for this mishap.

ya. im not trying to argue. but im siding with the idea its the cruises fault. i mean an average persons wedding, verses hosting a huge music event with large names. i'd probably do the same thing haha.
