damn i wish i was backwards like some of you guys. Typical Situation is the first song i learned how to play. The stone is one of the few dave songs that i cannot get the freakin rythm down.

Well for me.... billies came pretty fast. i could sing it almost right away. Typical was the first intro to a dave song i learned, but can't sing it for shit. the stone always give me hell. i can sing most all of it except one part...hard to explain but its one part of the verse. its like the longer part of the verse right before the 31x3 chord. It makes no sense, but its like the third thing you'll say. (i break it up into sections) but anyways....yea welcome egyptian. that's one hell of an avatar ben.........DDTW? hehe.

download the video from the Charlie Rose Show. There you can see how Dave's hand is strumming. He's strumming rhytmically and don't stop moving his hand ever. Try to figure out that strumming and you will get it down quite easy. Play along with the video, that helps.
