What are some of the harder DMB songs?

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Well, I havn't had that much trouble with singing.

But, for complexity on playing on the guitar

the Stone
Intro to One Sweet World
Satellite fast with no mistakes
Two Step has a rythm that you have to listen to again and again before you get it right
Rhyme and Reason takes a while to get it started (but then it's easy going)
Yes, I am in a box

recently takes a little work, especially to sing to.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

I can't believe that we would lie in our graves,
dreaming of things we might have been.

I've been trying to play Warehouse for 15 Months.. Slowly getting better every time I play it.

People say it's all in the player, But I swear if I had a better guitar I could play 2x better. Just with the better action..

Warehouse is definitely a challenging song to play, because you MUST get the mutes down, if you don't, it's pretty damn apparent you can't "play the song". I have yet to master it as well....

right now, Halloween is the most challenging for me..on the "Oh little chicken eyes.." I always want to go along with the rythmn of the verse instead of singing over it..

If you think thats something, I play the passion intro for like 5 minutes, wailing like some berserk lost soul to the B power chord with lots of muting before I start the verse. And then I wail along with the verse for another 5 minutes before I actually start singing.

The songs that my guitar doesn't like me to play.

1 Warehouse intro the first three notes are great its the next three that suck. I keep hitting open strings.
2. Tripping Billies chorus I cant get the timing down and haven't figured out the muting that he is doing.
3. Ants marching I need to figure out how he plays that verse muting thing between the open D chord and open G chord
4. BOWA for the same reason I can't paly tripping billies.

name that tune: The fleas cling to the golden fleece hoping they will find peace. each thought and gesture are caught on celluloid

All of em lol I started playing in late febuary early march and I havent gotten off of Dave stuff I got Crash done pretty well I just have to paerfect the rhythm. I know basic chords from playing alot. I am self taught. I also know Satellite and I'm working on the stone and I know LIOG I was wondering is there like a point where you just go oh.... and everything seems to click? I dunno.... I want to get better I just dont know how. I think I might start taking lessons... is that a good idea or should I stick to the selftaught method like Clapton? I dunno I'm jsut getting frustrated with myself and playing.... I'm not gonna quit but its like I'm still bad at the same stuff I was bad at last month and the month before and I dont know how to improve. I keep saying it'll improve with experience....
