that's how what I meant to sayThe Dreaming Tree wrote:i would say that warehouse was easier to learn well enough that you can recognize what song it is, and play semi-cleanly. To play warehouse REALLY perfectly is much harder IMO. Watch the Record Exchange video and try to make warehouse sound like that. unbelievable.

I found them both easy as well, and learned them quickly.

i can play both but, billies is by far the the most difficult out of the two. warehouse, you must have the finger stretching abilities and the muting skills. tripping billes, not so much muting but the accuracy and finger stretching. the billies verse goes along with the words, you can play the verse and feel the words, warehouse is a timeing thing. there are more singled out notes in the billies verse. also, there is soo much more movement in the billies verse than the warehouse verse. finger mobility is something i think everyone should have and timing as well, but smoothness is someting you have to have a feeling for. i voted the billies verse.

Neither have I. But the above realization is what made the TB verse sink in for me.lyrics101 wrote:Yeah, I've never really understood the struggle with that.GuitarGuy305 wrote:On any video of Billies, if you watch Dave's hand just as he begins playing the verse, it is the same hand/chord form as the Nature intro.
