whats the difference?

breaks between songs(TAO), it just flows, with no breaks(DAO)

Any of the shows that you download should alway be burned Disk at Once (DAO). ALso if you are using NERO to burn your CD's, even though you have the checkbox checked to burn DAO you still have to physically have to go into "properties: and make the "pause between tracks" equal 0 seconds.
