and why do you guys really hate Angel so much? It's not any worse than the rest of Everyday. The whole album is a shitty pop record.

Well not necessarily "more alright with it"....but if it wasn't by DMB, you wouldn't be comparing it to all the great things DMB has done, therefore make it sound more crappy than it really is. Everyday is 100 times better than the shit you hear on the radio.

That argument has been made a million times in the past 7 years. But the fact that it is a DMB album put out by the same 5 dudes that previously recorded UTTAD, Crash, BTCS and the Lillywhite Sessions, makes it a perfectly fair comparison. They don't get a free pass just because it's less shitty than other shit. The same goes for Stand Up only 100 times more so.

That being said Angel is terrible no matter who wrote it.
