DVD Burner ?

Unread post by Halcyon » Sun Oct 26, 2003 9:34 pm

Hey guys...I should be getting a few shows here in a few weeks and would just like to start spreading some here at dmbtabs.com. But first I would need a dvd burner for that. Does anyone have any recommendations in the for a cheaper burner (I'm stripped for cash right now) I'm guessing it would be in the $100 to 150 price range. Or maybe somebody here has one they dont need anymore  . Well any suggestions would be nice. Thanks guys

I love the Sony that I have. I'm at work right now but I believe the model is DRU-510...it is a favorite of many traders. It is an internal unit that burns both +R and-R formats. I bought mine for about $325, but I have seen them recently at the major stores at just under $200. Since you said you were in the range of $150, I would stretch for the extra $50 and get that one.
