My spontaneous adventure to Wisconsin

Unread post by mattinbeloit » Tue Jul 26, 2005 8:30 am

Well as a few of you know i moved from wisconsin to georgia this summer with my family. I had bought a ticket to the sunday night east troy concert and had been trying to trade the ticket in for a goergia one on some message boards. Well, the time came for the goergia concert and i had no bites and no job at the time (meaning no money to get a ticket). So the week came up for the east troy concerts and i could not even sell my ticket.... Well about 2 days before the concert i had about 15 ppl. email me wanting my ticket. I was about to sell it when i realized "hey, going to a dave matthews concert was going to be the highlight of my summer and i'll be damned if i don't do that!" So without skiping a thought i got up from my computer, looked at my parents and said "bye mom and dad, im going to wisconsin. i'll be back in a few days." and just hopped in my car and drove down there and went to the concert. Good times, just very spontaneous....

That's awesome. It's fun to do stuff like that. In college we were bored on a Friday and decided to drive to NYC for a few days from Chicago. Best idea I ever had.

i dont regret it for a second, that was probably one of the best shows ever... Plus i drove down in my BMW so i got up there preaty damn fast lol, not too bad of a trip. Plus i got to say hi to some friends who where going to summer classes at Beloit ( i go to college there in wisconsin.). It was all good, just so unlike me to do something like that. When i got home my parents where like "we thought you where joking". all good, that trip to NYC sounds fun... I want to get over to the gorge eventually...

that would be a hell of a road trip.
hosting the oscars is like winning the heisman trophy. no matter how you do in the ballgame, or whatever, they can't take it away from you. and even if you kill your wife and an ex-waiter, they still have a hard time taking it away from you

the vaginal fluid they are secreting is the same composition of urine minus the uric acid and phosphorous. i learned that in 11th grade anatomy. btw, sometimes it does have a FAINT smell of Pizzle.
