DMB on Storytellers?!

Hey, I just saw this on DMB almanac. It says on Tuesday, May 17th DMB will be doing Storytellers in New York. Does anyone have comfirmation or info on this?

wow that would be cool, but odds are we would have heard of it right?? I dont think they would just throw something together in under a month, but i have been wrong before. either way im hoping its true. good find

awesome. now if vh1 is smart they'll release the entire dave and tim storytellers on dvd along w/ the new one. they'll make a shitload...i'd buy it.

I read that VH1 was trying to get the band to do it, they're in NY, and DMBalmanac (who is usually very reputable and doesn't put anything up without several sources) confirms it with a real date. i think there's a good chance. no telling how long until it actually airs, though.

and appsy, VH1 lost the footage, which is why they can't release a DVD.

in its entirety. and i've never seen the cut version on vh1 dvd's. otherwise we wouldn't be able to do b&p's for it and such.
