Poor guy, he even apologizes for his voice before Idea Of You. What could possibly be the cause of that?

What kind of guitar was that, does he always use that for Idea of You?

Sorry, I wasnt around for the 40+ pages of the other thread so I gotta ask all my questions/talk about it here now.

Wow, just listened to this song, is that bassline any different at all?

I dont think I hate any DMB songs, but this song is definitley the closest to that category out of all their songs.

His voice DIED at 3:19 wow
They are almost identical basslines. This song is atrocious. Terrible lyrics "I'm like a junkie for you." Dave isn't playing at all, and no horns to top it all off.

Its a Veilette Gryphon soprano 12-string which he plays on The Idea of You and Shotgun. And Dave's voice has been shot for this whole second leg. Before Bayou on the webcast he talks about how he was out partying too much the night before. He needs to take better care of himself, because his voice is just about done.

It's been a nice stay for us in West Palm Beach. Tonight's video shoot went well on our end. The show went out live on AOLMusic.com and will be available for viewing in their archives. Dave playfully asked the audience for help in singing due to his stressed voice. We're taking a couple days off before we hit the stage in Atlanta on Tuesday. See y'all then.

I like how the road crew can never ever say something negative about the band, and always have to carefully craft what they say.

haha someday i just want to see.

Boy it was a hot one today! The show tonight was pretty bland...actually, it sucked shit. Boyd was out of tune. Again. I can't believe we have three more weeks of this staging and lighting. What a pain. Well, see y'all in Texas!

I don't expect them to say anything negative. I'm just saying I'm sure they're capable of recognizing an off-night, same as we are.
