if you have the central park bonus disc, listen to spoon, then ending is phenominal.

if anyone else has a full band spoon live recording thats legal to host, that would be sweet :D

I don't think I've ever actually had a DMB song grow on me. I can tell for the most part whether I will like a song or not after the first listen.

You could look at it like you enjoyed the song but have now started appreciating more. I have always like the songs I mentioned but lately they have went from songs that I like to songs I love.

Pay for what you get did not grow on me until I heard it played by D&T.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

i'm listening to "i did it" all the way through now, instead of skipping it to the next song.

also "what would you say" D&T on lost acoustics. I love Tims part.

DDTW on BTCS. Before I liked it a lot, now I love it. Especially the banjo part right before the palm muted wah pedal...and the wah pedal itself. Great song.

after seeing it played live i have a new found love for bayou. that was the highlight, for me, of seeing them. oddly enough. it's one of my favorites off stand up.
hosting the oscars is like winning the heisman trophy. no matter how you do in the ballgame, or whatever, they can't take it away from you. and even if you kill your wife and an ex-waiter, they still have a hard time taking it away from you

Too me, it has some of the best lyrics Dave ever wrote. I too got acquainted to this song through Benoroya.
I whole-heartedly agree! The Benaroya Hall and Live Trax Vol. 3 versions are freakin' amazing, and so is the LWS version. Can't say as much for the BS version, though, which probbaly explains why it took me so long to get into it.
