see i would hope that if i ever met dave, it would be like coincidence or we like bumped into each other or like something stupid like that. Maybe like in grocery market or something. I wouldn't want to like run up to him and be like "i heard you were here so i came and can u sign this cuz your AWESOME!!!" or anything cuz then he would just think I was another crazy fan or something. I'd rather the impression be I was someone who treated him with respcet.

I know that u wernt going to be a crazed fan to him by going to that mall, but personally if he just wanted to shop and be left alone I wouldn't do anything. Now if he was there on purpose and was like offering to meet fans and whatever then ya that is a different story.

But the poor guy was probably just trying to pick up a pair of jeans and some shirts or something :?

My uncle told me he met Dave at a bar in NYC. I guess he didn't really know who Dave was but said he was a pretty cool guy.

id wave at most, i feel like the time to approach dave for an autograph is if you get backstage or something along those lines. plus i think autographs are kind of worthless.
