BK what is a "tittle" as your sig mentions?
Its the scoring Tittle in the NHL. He scored 52 goals in a season. More then any player that year so he got a award for most goals. I am pretty sure he has another one. gotta look that up.
I believe it's a TITLE, a tittle is something different if it's even something.

I cant believe nobody has said anything about the outro from Warehouse. I think its a beautiful way of conveying his thoughts and fears of mortality. This is probably my favorite set of lyrics by Dave.

That's my blood down there
Seems poured from the hands of angels
And trickles into the ground
Leaves the Warehouse so bare and empty

And my heart's numbered beat
Will echo in this empty room
Until the fear wells in me
And nothing seems enough to defend
So Im going away, Im going away

Lucky, lucky to be.

Beauford33 wrote:Look, here are we,
On this starry night, staring into space
And I must say, I feel as small as dust lying down here
Oh, what point could there be troubling
Head down, wondering, "what will become of me?"
Why concern? We cannot see but no reason to abandon it
The time is short, time, that's all right
Maybe I'll go out in the middle of the night,
And take your hand, look in your eyes, my love
All good things must come to an end sometime

I always think of this lyric when I am outside at night. Always. I wish I could have this played whenever I am in situation I want to be out of. just in my head. I really cant ask for more in such short time.

Pig is good to play after bombing a f***ing calculus test (I know form personal experience), but In my personal opinion, Seek Up/L@LC is the best song to play at night, especially driving at night. Thats why my signature has lyrics from that song, and why that version is my favorite overall Dave song. Just the quietness of that song with Tim lightly playing the fills and dave almost whispering the lyrics makes hairs stand up on the back of my neck.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

I'm glad I'm not alone. The only thing I sometimes dislike is the yelling that he does with the full band during the end jam. It has a tendancy to be over done and butcher an otherwise quiet, poignant song. Thats why I like the L@LC version so much. It retains its quietness while still emanating power.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

I love the songs that have a 5 or so minute period of anticipation, like Bartender, then he goes nuts, then they jam for awhile

anyway, warehouse outro is awesome. i love that "THATS MY BLOOOOOOOOOD DOWN THEEERRE!"
