Taylor 110?

Unread post by duluoz » Sat Jun 07, 2003 6:12 am

Hey, I was over at Guitar Center today trying out prospective guitars. One of the employees mentioned the Taylor 110 that was around $400. Has anyone played one of these? How are they? Cause that's a good price range for me.

Try it out, as well as every other guitar in that price range before you buy it :)

of course you would take it over a low end martin shane, you should state you bias anytime taylor is involved.

Well, I've actually played one, and they are very nice guitars for the money. They have that bright Taylor tone, and it was pretty easy to play. I guess for me it would depend on how much the exact cost is. I think a lot of the lower end martins have a fuller sound, but thats just my preference. DEFINITELY check one of these out before you buy anything else though.

Yea i just played one today and liked it alot...the only complaint i have about it is that it kind of feels like if i squeeze it too hard it'll break under my arm...it sounded great though...guitar center has them for only $400? I was at George's mUsic down in west palm and its going for $520 (granted its with a gig case but still)...
