Good opportunity to buy?

Unread post by sfmartins » Sun Sep 10, 2006 4:50 am

Hey guys,

Just found a guy that sells this for 120Eur (let's just assume $120):

Do you think it's a good deal, considering that I just connect my amp to the basic mic input of my laptop for recording?

EDIT: I want it mainly to record my guitar and use with Cool Edit Pro or Garage Band.

Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": I'm thinking about getting metal legs. It's a risky operation, but it'll be worth it.

I don't know about the product, so I can't say, but 120Euros = $152.05ish...

I've checked in Musicians Frind and it costs $150:

Reviews are not very helpful, I think.

So, overall, how do you guys think this will improve the quality of my recordings?

Its a fine product, the only thing i will say is that if you have a firewire port get a firewire interface not a usb, usb can only do 2 tracks at once and transfers slower than firewire
