my song (or what have you)

Unread post by gravedigger » Tue Dec 10, 2002 3:50 pm

hey everyone, I'd appreciate if you guys took the time to dowload and listen to the 3 minute instrumental (for now) thing that I've been working on this week. it's kinda rough and you'll notice that when you hear it, but I think it has some potential. I'm having fun practicing it, so any feedback, - any at all - would be awesome. THANKS the melody and form is pretty well set down, but I'm kinda workin' on ......well nevermind, just listen to it and tell me what you think :) I apoligize for the less than perfect sound quality from my $10 mic and my $400 guitar. I wish I had a Martin HD-35. Here's the LINK:

EDIT: I took the song off, but I'll put it up a better version up soon....so stay tuned :)

peace,
Ken

hmm, is nowhere radio free? I should post this new little ditty I've been working on...it's been my freedom from songwriting hell recently...anyways, I'm dling yours now, will comment in a momento...

comments...I like the general idea of it, however, the timing is a little odd...probably just needs some smoothing out...but yeah, it's a cool little tune keep working on it because it's sounding good!

I really enjoyed it. I could definately hear the rough spots, but, once you work those out it will sound really cool.

It will also sound good with lyrics. I was making some up as the song played just to get an idea of what it would sound like with words. It should be great. Make sure to post the final version if it ever goes that far!

It also did not sound like a bad recording with the equipment you were using. Not bad at all.

Peace.

yeah, I second that...so much of it has to do with software and I know you're using good stuff...came off great! I'm going to record what I've been working on and post it in a few...
