Hehe why are you blaming Tico ? Just because he gave you his opinion .. Anyway , nice and clean as always , but in my opinion that opening on TS is a little too wannabee ya know what i mean ?

Besides that , it was very nice

Wow.....nice memory, J.....I asked for DIDO about 2-3 months ago.....how the hell did you remember that?

Anyways, real nice work with the picking/strumming on DIDO. I've never heard an acoustic version of this song, I've only ever heard it with full band. The guitar playing was great and really sounded cool. The singing, however, I gotta be honest, just didn't sound so great on this one. It almost seemed like there was a 1 year old baby sleeping in a crib next to you and you were afraid to wake him....c'mon, man, put some life into it ! The one thing I've noticed throughout all of your posts is the guitar work is fantastic but it's the singing that fluctuates. Some sound good, some need work. This one needs work. I think all it would take is you putting some real emotion into it.....sing it like you mean it. :D Just my two cents. I'll sit back and wait for your "....let me see you do betta my brutha!!! L into the O into the L " response....

As for the Typical Situation.....was sounding great but came to a fairly quick end.....you should finish it up.

Gorgeous...big white puffy scattered clouds, little breeze, bout 73ish...yeah.

That DIDO sounds really cool...I wanna learn that now. :D The singing was a little on the quiet side, you should just let it rip. The guitar sounds great.

And your typical was niiiiiicce. I want more of that one. That chorus sounds so nice and full. You should try singing to this one complete, I'd like to hear it.

Ok Jason man,

I decided to finally comment on your stuff. I have checked out a good bit of it over the last few weeks and while i liked it for the most part your attitude really bugs me. So please don't get pissed for what i am about to say...
While u r one hell of a guitar player on dave shit, your voice is unoriginal and for the most part boring. But i think with some work u could get way better. Tell do u have originals? b/c i'd be interested in hearing them, even if it was just musical ideas with no words.

ok on to the critique...

DIDO-good playing but i disagree with the slide on the 3rd fret on E during the main riff but great sound probably the best execution ever on that tune except for dave that it...

TS-while the intro was cheesy (QUIT TRYING TO BE DAVE MAN!!!) the song sounded great if i didn't know better that could have been dave himself playing. But why no lyrics??? Its an easy as hell song to sing and play.

Overall your guitar skills on dmb is great and unfalible but the old voice needs "MAD" work, dude.

Cheers,
J.T.

if u ever want check out and post me some critques on my originals

well i don't like posting covers too much. But maybe i'll post some but i wouldn't pick Typical Situation just b/c its slow and not my style but i used to cover it in some live shows. I wasn't talking shit on that tune but Dude if u can sing DIDO and WWYS hell even LLD then how is TS difficult.

Cheers and post some ORIGINALS,
J.T.

on the typical situation...the rhythm that I do in the beginning...the 7th and 8th pluck..I can't find anyone else that can do it...I heard you attempt it on your cover, fire, but failed...right?

let me see if you can do that...just for SHITS AND GIGGLES!!!

jk, yeah, i dont have your equipment, and don't how to "add on" just yet, so your cover is better...

what are you talking about little man...any beginner could play the simple 7th and 8th fret intro dealy...you incompotent irrelevancy makes it very hard to talk to you, thus, i am soon to no longer post anything about your covers..."thank y'all, thank y'all i want dave's wanker..."...i almost feel embaraced for you on that one

Wait no more dave speak can i get a poll for that?
Dave Matthews continue the speak.

Jason are you Dave? Answer: No.

Then why would u do dave speak? I mean i understand the covers i like covers but do u really want to be dave that bad? Leave his speak alone, be original somehow!

Cheers,
J.T.
