Unread post by Easy E » Sat May 01, 2004 7:27 pm

Hey, i decided to do this cover after hearing geekmug do it. I was going to do about a month ago but wasnt sure how many people had ever heard it and didnt know if i'd get a response. Thanks to geekmug I see people know the song. Here's my version, its real close to the original because I'm not a creative person. Give me some feedback

I don't really know if i care for the slapping pattern for this song, it just dosen't fit the mood. Singing was on key for the most part, but it seemed like you lacked confidence with this one. Overall, though I thought it was good.
I'll play it first and tell you what it is later.

copycat :-D

your singing is much better than mine, no doubt.. I agree with horsmar about the slapping, but then again, you've heard how I think the guitar part should be played. I just feel like it should be very "airy"
