I've spoken with you about this before Jason. You signed up fraudulently before, using false information, and using multiple accounts, all contrary to the legal agreement.

You are also posting cover tunes in which you do not have performance rights to admittedly, which is also contrary to the legal agreement.

Unfortunately, after being warned 3 times, and signing up fraudulently more than 5 times, I'll have to refer your information to the proper authorities.

You have warned me one time. Once. Don't give me this 3 time stuff. I have had "3" user names/accounts, one for me, my brother, and my sister's e-mails. I have told others about your website, but that was there own account, not mine.
Why would you take fraudulent info and report it to the authorities? What are they gonna do with it if its fake? First of all, the info is real, so don't use the word "fraudulent" and yes, you have told me not to post my covers. If Dave Matthews has a problem with it, you tell him to call me on my cell. OK? But for now, I can't sign up or even log in to your website, so don't worry. I'm done with your site.

I have sent e-mails to every one of the e-mail addresses you have posted as. I have web logs proving that each of the accounts came from your machine, and have contacted your ISP to verify.

4 out of 6 of these accounts contain fraudulent names and addresses, that is, they are NOT yours. You defrauded the system, in that you must agree to a legal agreement prior to signing up, and all of these 'DO NOT DOs' are in that agreement, this constitutes fraud.

I will not post the e-mail addresses for sake of your privacy. You know I have accurate information at this time, as your answering machine has a message with my voice.

I was nice, even though it clearly states that your account would be deleted, and you would not be permitted to re-sign up, and gave you a second chance. When further warnings were ignored, I disabled the extra accounts. I even took my own time to show you HOW to make your posts legal, so you don't risk getting in trouble with copyright law!

well some of those acounts never worked, so they don't count..and the last one isn't even mine...so I guess does that mean I get one more straw...
I havent checked the email addresses in : peach1peach, and Bubajonesband as they are my brothers and sisters, and they never told me about anything...

I have to protect my own ass, if DMB's business associates decided to go after my ass for what he has posted, they can.

I gave him links months ago as to how to get rights to post the music legally, and he chose to ignore it. He broke the rules, (not to mention contract law) and I gave him another chance... Who's being the ass?
