Original Composition

I started working on a piece I had been planning for about 6 hours yesterday on my guitar at 1:30 this morning. I worked all night and at around 10:00 I finished it. Right now I don't have a piano, or an adaptor I need. This is a midi. When I record it, the lead guitar will be on my electric hollowbody (thanks again for showing me the adaptor, Pat) because my acoustic is not a cut out, and it would be quite difficult to sound some of the higher scales efficiently.

It's hard to judge a song by listening to a midi, but the first thing that came to mind was Crocodile Rock. The progression is a commonly used one, and gets a little boring without a change. The double-time part is different, but still not different enough to really catch my attention. Maybe if it's recorded with real instruments it'll stand out more. Good luck with it.
