Alice in Chains has a lot of sweet acoustic stuff that you can play with two guitars. All you have to do is tune down a half step and start jammin.

Nutshell
Would
Down in a Hole
Rooster
etc...

Those are a few songs that will work.

Bust out a slide and add some fills to Flake like Ben Harper.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away

I agree, Alice in Chains is a very good choice. I also think Rainsong or Gallows Pole by Zeppelin would be two really good songs for two guitars.

Ramble On, you can work out a couple of cool parts for that song, and it's one that most people will recognize.
