I wrote it down at home but im in english class now, i belive it was The John Butler Trio. They were on letterman last night and they KICKED. He plays a 12er, they've got an upright doublebass and a drummer. He was terrific he played slide and used everytyhing from acoustic to some nice jazz distortion. i dont have anything by or about them. PLEASE POST ANYTHING YOU'VE GOT! their performance last night was unbelieveable

I have an article from my schools newspaper on my desk. Its the craziest article I've ever read, its about some guy meeting John Butler and discussing his new album.

I've got their album 3, and it's pretty good. Although sometimes I think they carry on their songs a little too long and they can get a little boring. But they're a good band with a good message to their music.

I got a free concert of theirs from my cable company, I like his style of playing but I can't get into his voice.
