My two favorite jam songs to jam out with my friend is Wish you Were here-Pink Floyd and Deed is Done. My friend is really good and can play some Tim Reynolds... but all I need to do is hold down the steady beat of Deed is Done while he jams, but its fun. Ya need the rhythm. 8)

I have a lot of friends who play guitar but not any DMB. Wonderwall by Oasis is a great tune to play, also Island in the Sun by Weezer. That one's great for two people.

My bud and I play a mean verison of wish you were here, him playing the main part and me playing lead. But since I don't know the solo, I just make it up every time and it sounds a lot better!
Theres also this really good tenor who is dating a friend of mine. We have the simon and garfunkle act down pat, me as simon and him as garfunkle. America is our favorite, but we do a good rendition of Homward bound too.

All my friend guitarists play punk music, wtf? Also, people that play punk shouldn't be classified as guitarists.

Amen. Most punk musicians can barely play worth diddly squat. They only know how to make noise.
