Stay pleeaaaassssseeeeeee!ballmeblazer wrote:don't be that guy. everyone always see's that guy, and everyone secretly laughs at him. and people who play guitar laugh even more, because everyone knows exactly what your doing. don't be that guy. just don't. college lends many chances to play guitar and get pussy, you have to let them come to you. because then it's so much more rewarding.sk8rdude12000 wrote:god i cant wait for college...im just gonna go outside my first or second day and sit there with a guitar and play all the songs chicks like and see just how much pussy you can get in one night...oh yea and get drunk off my fuckin ass

thanks for the advice. but who said i'd only play the chick songs?Coldchillin23222 wrote:This isn't trying to sound mean, but don't worry about playing for the move in day or orientation. that's how ive always been, i have friends that dont even know i play the guitar, i treat it as a hobby and i dont really care for playing in front of people that much (unless its a gig and im getting paid). plus it sucks to be put on the spot like that when you really dont feel likewkpggrvn2001 wrote:mdel21 wrote:don't even really let on that you play, let people found out and if they are interested in hearing you they'll ask you to play.

I'm sure someone has already said this but I don't feel like reading through 5 pages.
LEAVE THE $3000+ GUITAR AT HOME!!!!!
I don't care if your worried about people stealing it or not. Someone will accidently spill a beer on it, kick it, drop something on it, puke on it, light it on fire. I have seen almost all of these things happen in college. Take another guitar or buy a cheap beater guitar.
