Deed is Done...or is it...?

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Deed is Done...or is it...?

Unread post by PlayLikeDave » Sun Aug 17, 2003 7:01 pm

From L@LC, I keep hearing this part at about 3:38. I cannot figure out if it is Dave changing the verse and making it higher or Timmy just doing his part really really well. To me it sounds like Dave is doing it. Does anyone have an idea to as what this is? And btw, if you didn't infer from the subject, I am asking about Deed is Done...Thanks

i think dave jumps up an octave, i know what you mean....move the riff from 7 on the E string to 9 on the D string....

but i am not with my guitar so that might be wrong.

Thats a nice thought. I love Proverbs 3:5. I had it read when I was confirmed.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away
