For Anyone who thinks Boyd is amazing...

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

I have not read a thing in this thread forever, but I must say that Boyd tears up the Nancies>Warehouse jam at RR...

and Gcom...I agree, while Sting/Police have their share that shoulod be burned, Andy Summers and Sting are awesome musicians...

sting/police, all the same to me. message in a boxed set has been hanging out a lot with me lately. it's tough for me to stomach some of the '80's sounds though, but the root music is phenominal...those guys are just great musicians and sting is a heck of a songwriter...I could do without copeland's arrangements...and gosh, every little thing she does is magic...goodnight...I'll cover that song at shows someday...so great!
man must be a tough one to cover (every little thing) with all those synthesizers...
eh, I just play it in a very straight manner straight up acoustically, percussive all the way, fingerpicked, I can record the guitar part to show you if you tell me how to post mp3's

yeah there is a thread and the way it tells you how to do it has been giving people problems a lot... the way i do it is kinda tricky and time consuming, but well worth it...
