My alterned Space Between chorus

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

My alterned Space Between chorus

Unread post by borocks » Mon Aug 18, 2003 12:24 pm

I've been playing the space between for a long time. And I tried a lot of variations to do this song. And I have one particular alterned way to play the chorus, that I like very much.

Normally it would be like this
E:-------------------------------
B:-2-------2------2-------------
G:-2-------2------2-------------
D:-2-------2--------------------
A:-0-------x------x-------------
E:-------4-4----2-2---------4--
here you play the 2x022x as twice as long as the A and the A/Ab.

I played the 2x022x only one messure and added a Emaj instead.
E:------------------------
B:-2-------2------2-------0-----
G:-2-------2------2-------1-----
D:-2-------2--------------2-----
A:-0-------x------x-------2-----
E:-------4-4----2-2----0-0---4-

Check out: http://www.angelfire.com/un/borocks/songs.html to listen to it!!

I like it playing like this. doesn't sound bad to me.
Tell me what you think of it!

Peace, Bo.
