in those two shots of 3 notes... (i mean the 1,3,5 and then the 3,5,7) try to focus on the 3rd note, and accentuate it as much as possible, then once you start getting it, the first two notes will be easier to hear.

just practice going from the first part into the 135 over and over until you get some muscle mem'ry goin.

However what you just said is my problem. I am just way to slow, but I will say I've gotten a little faster just by practicing it ...
