I learnt to hum A 440hz quite accuratly and then tune harmonically from there, then just quickly check every string to the 5th string to make sure everythings completely accurate. Easy

Theres are music technology magazine here in the uk called sound on sound, in this months issues there is a big feature on the man Glen Ballard. In several of the photos of his studio, you can see a bari guitar (looks like the jerry jones), so im guessing dave saw it there.

Ive been playing around with this song for a while, my first attempt at starting to write a song and stick with it. At the moment all i have is a intro, verse, and chorus riff. Im currently working on some lyrics, but churned out this recording so i dont forget what it sounds like. :D

Well, best way to do it is to spell out all the chords, then find what key fits. This however gets screwed up when you get jazz tunes or dave tunes that change keys all over the place.
