The New Black
Hey everyone, I know I haven't said anything in a while, but I'm still there, lurking, reading all of the (interesting) musings of the forum. Creepy. With that said, I'd love for you to check out some new music of mine. You don't have to like it, just, you know, give it a chance to be your friend. I...

Fixed! I love working with the 002. The controls are so intuitive, once you learn them. I've actually found that even though everything in pro tools is accessible via the 002, i'll still use the mouse and keyboard about the same amount. But it's so valuable to have a visual on the volume and panning...

A New Tune

Head over to the music section of my website, it's called Unfinished but Sound. I wrote it when i made the decision to go to Berklee, I hope you like it....

Well, really, palm muting is only if you want the sound of doing a palm mute, it's really a sound technique, it can't really be used just to play softer. As for playing softly? Try holding the pick more lightly so you kind of brush the strings instead of jabbing down into them, it took me a while to...

I can't really give too much about it out yet because i'm still in the process of getting it together, but when i'm finished i would be glad to get you a tab of it. Thanks again, -Andrew p....

Monster cables in my opinion are rediculous. It's like any huge name brand: when you buy a monster cable, you're paying a lot for the name and some shiny connectors on the outside. While the quality of the cable is awesome, if you buy a high end cable from another company, I swear you wont be able t...

a tab for the live version of Stay or Leave...
Hey, I'm new to the board, but I took the tab for "Stay or Leave" and I used it to kind of make the tab for the live version with Tim Reynolds. Here it is: Dave Matthews - Stay Or Leave [Live with Tim Reynolds] Transcribed by Andrew Tysinger (Capo 7th Fret) (1) Verse --------------------------------...
