For LBayou at red rocks he definitely is up in the 13-17 fret range for the intro, instead of 8-12. The rest of Bayou and Smooth Rider can be transposed one string to compensate for the 2 1/2 step tuning drop on the baritone. My eyes can't pick the strings apart to check this accurately but it looks ...

Jerry Jones Baritone....that is tuned to standard now.

I don't think he is tuning his bari's up. For example, in bayou he just slides the intro riff up five frets and and verse line moves from the 5/6th strings to the 4/5th. I *think* all the SU songs he plays on the bari can be adjusted in some ...
