Hey guys - quick question. My Takamine EG544SC plays great, but as you go up the frets, the sound becomes flat, so much so that it sounds out of tune when playing against music and with other guitars. I have to re-tune whenever putting on a capo. Any suggestions?

The buzzing has gone down slightly, so maybe it was just the new strings. I know absolutely nothing about adjusting the action, can someone link me to a FAQ site or something about that?

Just take it in to a guitar shop if you plan on fucking with the action. Unless you know what you're doing ...

I recently restrung my guitar and the low E string and on a lesser note the A string buzzes, especially when I slide. Is there any way to fix this?

Well, did you play other guitars that were out of your price range?

For instance, the one I picked up felt easier to play than the Taylor 614ce that I played. There's over a $2000 difference between the two guitars. Though the Taylor might not have been adjusted, the Takamine played beautifully ...
