i gotta agree with the doubling thing...i enjoyed the song more when you were just singing, um, alone... i like the lyrics a lot. i enjoyed the way you pronounced your words a lot too...it was different, but a good different. almost like a female bob dylan at times (in the nicest way possible ...

yea i guess the idea behind it is--can you see someone else playing it (adding drums, bass, whatever) and the song making money? does it communicate well, etc? thanks for the input

i'm not too interested in my voice... i'm trying to hone in on some songwriting skills. do you think that song would be worth marketing around at all? i'm in nashville and it wouldn't be too hard to take it somewhere, but i'd like some objective opinions about it rather than just my friends saying ...

personally i think it sounds good with the voice loud... the whole thing has a dylan feel to it...that's definitely a good thing

i had the same thing happening when i tried to record on that program...i downloaded a free program on the internet called "kristal" just to have until i find a better one (which shouldn't be hard) and the crackling went away

if anyone's interested i added another song called "blindsided" to the above link...it's a little more upbeat and fun with a DGDGBD tuning

i was actually thinking the exact opposite thing...i loved the bongos
