I've been checking out this guitar as a potential...anyone have any comments or complaints about the guitar? also any other suggestions for a good martin under 1000 dollars?

I really meant just the opening riff...There's this crazy kindof harmony piece tim plays and I've been trying to figure it out for forever.

If you spend enough time in cool edit, you could almost completely take the guitar out. It would probably take awhile though, and there might be some holes in the result.

Has anybody heard the acoustic Dave+Tim version of rapunzel? Tim does some great fills and stuff, just wondering if anybody had tab or tips to make the Dave arrangement sound fuller... thanks

For me, the two instrumentals tied for the best. I really enjoyed the lead on both. Also, I think the next cover should be Minarets.

Definitely 311, I'm a huge fan - their music will open you up to a certain style of electric guitar, with reggae-influenced rock stuff. It's awesome. I have to recommend the Beatles; you don't know music until you've really listened to them. I would probably check out their Sgt. Pepper and later on ...

I really think it's a good thing to be a perfectionist when it comes to music. I mean, when you're performing, there's a point where you've gotta just let go of your mistakes and move on, but being a perfectionist makes you push yourself not to make those mistakes.
