its an rpp file...how do i convert it to mp3???

so like i said in my last post..the file is too big...does anyone know what i can do about this so i can get it up on the board?

i've done a recording of the whole thing but the file is too big to put into angelfire...or so it says anyways...the transition is pretty easy DMBkik...have you tried it?
