so you have to do it really fast then I take it... The best way to approach that is just to play it slowly and get it right, and then speed up when you can?

Now do you actually pick the open notes(ie: the notes on the A string) or do you just hit them on the up or down stroke?

Also, I find it ha...

Hey guys. Anyone know of a good site to get the Washburn D10S from? So far best price I've found is 189.99 from music123.com I'm going to check out some more but I figured some of you might know some of the good sites... I'm also going to check in a music store here... Thanks again for everything!

Great! I think I'll start looking for the D10S. I had another question though. What is the highest fret you play for dave songs? Because my old electric had like 20 some frets that you could actually hit, but I noticed that a lot of the acoustics weren't cut away so that you could get at the higher ...

Thanks GraveDigger :)

I just found this ranking on about.com (http://guitar.about.com/cs/acoustic/tp/top5acoustics.htm). I know some of you gave me suggestions but when I go to look for a "seagull" I get tons of different models :) So I was trying to find a list of the best beginner acoustics. Anyone know much about thes...

Suggest a guitar for me please?

I recently had the chance to play an acoustic guitar(for 20 min) and I loved it! I'm really still a SUPER newbie on playing guitars(played on an electric for a while(2 months)), but could you guys please suggest some good acoustic guitars for about 200 bucks or less? That seems to be my price range ...

All I gotta say is wow. Can you really learn all the songs that quickly? I can't learn 1 (although I've been playing for about a week). How much to you practice each day?

suggestion for videos

It would be VERY helpful if you could back the video camera up a little bit that way we could see the way you are strumming for the songs. I'm a newbie and I find it harder to figure out the strumming patterns than to figure out which finger goes where(especially since you have the Dave's Sytle part...
