Oh yeah, what does he mean dave uses his second finger mute on the last slide? second finger mute? I'm sloww... sorry. lol

I hold mine more like the second one, but it varies a lot. However, I'm not sure if I'm wierd, but I rest my 3rd, and 4th finger on the pick protector area when I am single picking. Am I the only one that does this?

I personally play a Taylor 410ce ltd, and it sounds AWESOME solo. I personally don't favor the deepness (is that a word?) of the Martin guitars. So they are revoicing the 500 series and up taylors? That is NOT good!! I play a taylor now, but I don't like brassy sound of Martins. This saddens me.
