need help with crash into me
Hey, im sure this has been braught up before. But i need some help with playing crash into me. I have no problem with fretting the chord, but it still seems to sound wrong? Do you all play the e notes on the first and six the string? and what notes do you all mute. If i can get the the chord to sound right i can play the song how its supposed too. Any help on any part of the song would be great. Thanx

For the life of me I can not get the strumming pattern correctly for this song. I know this gets brought up all the time but can someone try to help by describing the strumming technique? Is it up, down, down, etc. I'm a decent guitarist but this song has always pissed me off. Maybe I'm the only idiot here.

Take a look at these two threads:

http://www.dmbtabs.com/boards/viewtopic ... ng+pattern
The lower one I think I saw this pattern for Crash. Check it out

Two other things to remember.....
During "In a boy's dream..." the strumming pattern is exactly opposite. It's hard to explain, but you can hear it easily in any acoustic version of the song. Like this: (Cut and paste this to Notepad to see it right, sorry)
Code: Select all
