Buzzing B String

Post by fallon222 »

I am having a problem with my taylor 310. The B string buzzes when not fretted, it looks like the bridge has a slice on it in that area of the B string. It seems to improve with fretting between 1-4 and gets worse beyond 5. any ideas? Also how may I lower the strings? Thanks in advance...

I meant to say saddle, I was thinking of changing the saddle and nut to bone. Good choice?

bring it to a shop. but a word of warning, if the strings are already buzzing, lowering the action will only make that worse...
